Refund / Return Policy
The Soda Gallery guarantees the quality of our products and services. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order at customer-service@thesodagallery.com or by calling us at 1-866-946-SODA, Tuesday thru Saturday from 11:00AM - 9:00PM Central (we may not have a 24-hour customer service hotline, but we are passionate about what we do).
Behind the computers is not a mass warehouse filling order upon order, but rather a team of dedicated soda aficionados at a small soda shop in Dallas, Texas. Because humans are imperfect, we may sometimes make a mistake in packing and filling your order. If you find any errors regarding type of product or quantity, please contact us within 10 days of your delivery and we will arrange pickup of the incorrect product and reship the correct product with our apologies.
Since all of our sodas come in glass bottles, not matter how well we pack them, on occasion something will arrive broken. Generally the shipping services will notice this (hard not to see a box dripping wet) and will return them to us for prompt reshipment. However, if they should make it to you damaged, please contact us and we will arrange to have the order returned in its entirety. Even though it may just be one broken bottle in the entire case, we’d rather not have our customers playing with broken glass.
If for any other reason you are dissatisfied with your order, contact us within 10 days of your delivery and we will arrange to have the order returned to us and you will be fully refunded.
Please Note: While we do stock interesting and unusual sodas and often take their nostalgic value into consideration, we do not consider our sodas to be ‘collector quality’. We ship our sodas with the intention that someone is going to enjoy drinking them. We make no warranty or guarantee that soda bottle labels will be in pristine collector quality condition.
